France

We are proud to partner with Hidalgo International Football Academy (HIFA) to ensure that participating players have "the French language & culture football experience of a lifetime!" Our partner believe that living, studying and training in a foreign country is an invaluable experience that a player will never forget and the benefits of such an experience will be embedded positively into that individual for the rest of his or her life.

This program is designed for serious footballers aged 16+ who desire to develop their football/soccer abilities over an extended period of time (nine months) under the guidance of our professional technical coaching staff. The program coincides with the regular academic school year, beginning in September and finishing in May of the following year.

All our HIFA Football Courses, including this Football Academy, are overseen by the famous and respected former French National Team Coach, Michel Hidalgo!

The HIFA staff are keenly aware of the challenges that our Academy presents to our players so are fully committed to the overall education of each individual through our football development and language immersion program. Living, playing football and studying in France as a teenager or young adult represents an enormous challenge for both the participant and the educators. From the participant's; courage, effort and character is required to succeed. From the EduKick HIFA staff, it demands creativity, professional guidance, supervision, mentorship and expertise in order to provide the required level of service to our young players.

The year long program is a compete "French Language & Culture" immersion course. All school lectures, football coaching sessions, and social activities are conducted in French, though the communicative language may still be both English and French. Students will study French daily and be fully immersed in French language and culture through daily interaction with their teammates, classmates, new French friends and our partner staff.
